Abstract
In the era of the knowledge-based economy and intensifying organizational competition, innovative human capital is recognized as one of the most important sources of competitive advantage. To ensure survival and sustainable growth, organizations are increasingly required to attract, develop, and retain the competencies and talents of creative and innovative employees. In this context, modern leadership styles, particularly managerial coaching, have emerged as effective approaches to human capital development. Managerial coaching goes beyond traditional supervision and control by emphasizing employee empowerment, continuous learning, and personal and professional development. This approach can play a key role in talent retention, reducing employee turnover, and strengthening innovative competencies. Accordingly, the present study aims to examine the impact of managers’ coaching strategies on the retention of competencies and talents among innovative employees.
