In recent years, the rapid growth of new technologies, especially artificial intelligence, has created new opportunities in various fields, particularly in the manufacturing industry. This research aims to provide a systematic analysis of how to integrate and embed artificial intelligence into manufacturing processes, focusing on assessing the role of this technology in transforming the industry and enhancing factory performance. Artificial intelligence has unique capabilities in analyzing big data, predicting malfunctions, optimizing resource management, increasing quality control accuracy, designing new products, and improving productivity. Integrating AI with various manufacturing subsystems through advanced software and hardware tools can lead to information coherence, reduced errors, improved response times, and enhanced intelligent decision-making in complex environments. However, this path faces challenges such as the need for technological infrastructure, coordination between incompatible systems, high initial costs, the need for training specialized human resources, and security and cultural considerations. In this research, in addition to outlining the main advantages of AI integration in manufacturing, solutions are proposed to overcome challenges, such as utilizing open standards, adopting lightweight models and SaaS, and gradually developing AI models on cloud platforms. The results indicate that integrating artificial intelligence is not only a significant step towards digital transformation but also an essential necessity for competitiveness, innovation, and sustainable development in the manufacturing industry. The results indicate that integrating artificialThe results indicate that integrating artificial intelligence is not only a significant step towards digital transformation but also an essential necessity for competitiveness, innovation, and sustainable development in the manufacturing industry.

The glass ceiling is a set of negative attitudes and prejudices that prevent women (and other minority groups) from rising above a certain level in the organizational hierarchy. Considering the importance of the presence of qualified women in management positions, the large gap from the envisioned vision of 30% of women in management positions in education and training, and the promotion of social justice at the community level, the drivers of the creation of the glass ceiling for women in education and training have been identified and prioritized. The statistical population of this study consists of female human resources experts in education and training in Fars; ten of whom were selected through a purposeful judgment method. In order to collect the required data, a literature review (to identify indicators), a 17-question researcher-made questionnaire (to determine the most important indicators), and a ten-question researcher-made questionnaire (to prioritize indicators) were used. For this purpose, by reviewing the literature, seventeen indicators were identified as factors affecting the creation of the glass ceiling for women; Using the Fuzzy Delphi technique, seven indicators were eliminated and ten indicators were determined as the most important drivers of the creation of a glass ceiling for women. The OPA technique (Lingo software) was used to prioritize the aforementioned indicators. Accordingly, the indicators of "lack of necessary infrastructure, organizational conditions (such as structure and systems), patriarchal organizational culture, queen bee, sociability, work experience, work environment, education, self-concept, and self-confidence" were assigned ranks one to ten, respectively.

The Role of Spiritual Needs in Theories of Human Motivation

Human motivation, a cornerstone of social sciences, is influenced by biological, psychological, and spiritual needs. This study explores the role of spiritual needs in human motivation theories, integrating Islamic perspectives with modern psychology. A theoretical and analytical review was conducted, drawing from 63 Islamic and psychological sources collected from databases like SID, Magiran, Google Scholar, and relevant books. Findings indicate that spiritual needs, rooted in human nature, are implicitly addressed in traditional theories such as Maslow’s hierarchy and Alderfer’s ERG model, while newer theories like Terror Management Theory and Piconus’s four-domain model explicitly incorporate them. Workplace spirituality enhances motivation, creativity, and organizational commitment, with spiritual intelligence serving as a key driver of intrinsic motivation. This study emphasizes the need to integrate spiritual needs into motivation theories to better understand human behavior. It recommends future research employ empirical approaches, such as longitudinal and mixed-methods studies, to examine the impact of spiritual needs across diverse populations and organizational contexts.
