Abstract
The aim of the present study is to investigate the effect of electronic human resource management dimensions on improving job satisfaction and agility in government organizations. In terms of applied purpose, it is descriptive in terms of method, survey type and correlation type. The statistical population of the study includes the employees of Kashan University as a government organization, who were randomly selected as a sample based on the Cochran formula, 180 people. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data in this study. The validity of the questionnaire was approved by professors and experts, and its reliability was obtained above 0.7 for all variables using Cronbach's alpha coefficient measurement. Descriptive statistical methods (frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation) and inferential statistical tests were used to analyze the data. The research findings indicate that electronic human resource management and its dimensions (electronic recruitment and recruitment, electronic training and development, electronic performance management and evaluation) have a positive and significant relationship with improving job satisfaction and increasing agility in government organizations.
