In Today's Era, Information Technology is Known as One of the Most Important Factors Affecting Various Industries, Including the Construction Industry. Significant Advances in the Fields of Software and Hardware, Along With the Ever-Increasing Expansion of Communication Networks and The Internet, Have Led to Dramatic Changes in the Way this Industry Functions and Works. In this Regard, Examining and Analyzing the Economic Relationship Between Information Technology and the Construction Industry is of Particular Importance.. In the Upcoming Article, With the Aim of Identifying and Explaining Different Aspects of this Relationship, it Presents the Findings of Library and Case Studies in this Field. It is Expected that the Results of the Upcoming Effort, While Helping to Better Understand the Existing Dynamics, Will Provide the Basis for Taking Advantage of the Benefits of Information Technology in Order to Improve the Productivity and Efficiency of the Construction Industry.In this Article, in the Introduction Section, I Will First Discuss the Application of Information Technology in Different Industries, Then I Will Briefly Examine the Importance of the Construction Industry, and Then we Will See the Effects of these Two Together. Then in Part 2 I Will Provide an Overview of IT in the Construction Industry and Then Introduce Some Key IT Tools Used in the Construction Industry. In Part 3, by Reviewing 100 Available Articles, I Will Examine the Economic Relationship Between Information Technology and the Construction Industry, and I Will Code and Analyze the Results Using the Foundational Data Theory Method.
