Abstract
The present study aimed to examine the impact of resource optimization strategies on organizational flexibility in conditions of economic crisis. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of data collection method. The statistical population consisted of managers and senior experts of selected companies active in the technology sector. Using Cochran’s formula, a sample size of 70 respondents was determined, and a simple random sampling method was applied.Data were collected using a researcher-developed questionnaire. The validity of the instrument was confirmed by academic experts, and its reliability was assessed using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, which was found to be acceptable. For data analysis, both descriptive and inferential statistical methods were employed. The findings indicate that resource optimization strategies—including cost management and reduction of unnecessary expenses, improvement of operational efficiency and productivity, diversification of resources and provision of alternative supply sources, as well as investment in emerging technologies and digitalization—have a significant effect on organizational flexibility in economic crisis conditions.
