The role of AI platforms in optimizing media management

Abstract
The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the role of artificial intelligence platforms in optimizing media management. This study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of method. The statistical population of the study is professors and experts in the field of media in Isfahan. The sampling method was simple random, and the sample size was estimated at 92 people using the Krejci-Morgan table. Research data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of the tool was confirmed by the professors and its reliability was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient measurement. In order to analyze the obtained data, descriptive statistical methods and inferential statistical tests were used using software (SPSS). The research findings show that the use of artificial intelligence platforms has a positive and significant relationship with the optimization of planning, organization, and guidance and control in media management. In other words, the use of artificial intelligence platforms has an effect on the optimization of planning, organization, and guidance and control in media management.
