Investigating Employee Motivation Under the Influence of Leadership Styles, Organizational Culture, and Organizational Transformation at Zarsan Company

Abstract
This study aimed to investigate employee motivation as influenced by leadership styles, organizational culture, and organizational transformation at Zarsan Company. The statistical population consisted of all employees and managers of Zarsan Company. Using a systematic sampling method, 384 participants were selected as the study sample. After examining the demographic characteristics of the sample and the descriptive statistics of the research variables, the research hypotheses were tested using Pearson’s correlation coefficient. Finally, a model was developed to determine the relationships among the research variables through structural equation modeling, factor analysis, and the Partial Least Squares (PLS) technique. The findings revealed a significant relationship between leadership style and employee motivation at Zarsan Company. In addition, a significant relationship was found between organizational culture and employee motivation. Furthermore, organizational transformation was found to have a significant relationship with employee motivation. The results indicate that the appropriate and simultaneous integration of effective leadership styles, a positive organizational culture, and organizational transformation management can substantially enhance employee motivation.
