The aim of the present research is to examine the relationship between financial crises and organizational silence in financial and credit institutions. This study is descriptive-survey in nature, and the statistical population consists of managers and financial experts from banks in Isfahan, with a sample size estimated at 140 individuals using the Krejcie-Morgan table. To collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire was utilized. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by professors, and the reliability of the instrument was measured using Cronbach's alpha, yielding a score above 0.7 for all variables. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive and inferential statistics, employing SPSS 23 and Smart PLS 3 software. The results indicate that financial crises have a significant impact on organizational silence in financial and credit institutions. Additionally, conditions of uncertainty, rising interest rates, and balance sheet deterioration significantly affect organizational silence in these institutions.
