Rural tourism can play a major role in empowering local people and developing human resources, diversifying the economy and its growth, creating job opportunities, solving the problem of unemployment, improving living standards by providing social services and bridging the gap between urban and rural areas in various fields, and reducing rural migration to metropolitan cities. The purpose of the present study is to evaluate the impact of sustainable tourism on the economic development of rural areas. Increasing the level of social awareness and creating extensive relationships between the host and guest communities will prevent unnecessary migration and sustainable development. The research method of this study is scientific. Data collection is descriptive. This study answers the question of how much the village as a tourism destination affects the economic development of local communities. Library and field methods were used to collect information in the studied village. The questionnaire was distributed to about one hundred residents of the studied village. Based on the research findings, we can create new tourist attractions such as a cycling track and an air sports site, which are part of the village's potential. The conclusion of the present study showed that by creating tourist attractions, more investors will be eager to invest in these fields, which will lead to the arrival of more tourists to the village, and as a result of the arrival of tourists, local businesses such as restaurants, accommodations, agriculture, etc. will develop.
