Abstract
Relational Marketing The Purpose of this Type of Marketing is Often to Create, Maintain, Strengthen and Commercialize Relationships With Customers in Such a Way that the Goals of the Involved Parties are Achieved. This is Done by Mutual Exchange and Fulfillment of Promises. Relationship Marketing Includes All the Tools Needed to Inform Customers About Different Offers and New Brand Options. Also, by Receiving Referrals From Current Customers, it Creates Strong Relationships With Customers and Does not Only Include Strategies to Increase the Number of Consumers, but Goes Beyond these.The Current Research Was Conducted with the Aim of Investigating the Effect of Relational Marketing Skills on Customer Trust With the Mediating Role of Internal Marketing in the Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company. The Current Research Method is Regression-Correlation Type. For this Purpose, a Questionnaire with 29 Questions has Been Designed. The Results of Data Analysis Using SPSS Software Indicate the Positive Effects of Relational Marketing Dimensions on the Rate It is the Trust of Customers and Finally, the Use of Relational Marketing Dimensions (Trust, Commitment, Communication, Shared Value, Mutual Relations) is Suggested to Build Trust in Customers for Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company.
