Investigating the impact of electronic human resource management dimensions on organizational agility in government organizations

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of electronic human resource management dimensions on organizational agility in government organizations, which can be stated as agility is a set of capabilities and competencies that enable the survival and progress of an organization in the business environment. One of the approaches that helps organizations increase agility is the electronic human resource management approach. The main purpose of this study is to find an answer to the question of how organizational agility can be developed at the level of government banks in Karaj city with the help of the electronic human resource approach. The present study is an applied research in terms of its purpose and a descriptive, survey and correlational research in terms of data collection. This study is an applied research in terms of its purpose and will be a descriptive, survey-type study in terms of data collection. The research findings showed that as the use of electronic human resource management increases in the organization, the organizational agility variable increases in a positive direction, and as the electronic human resource management variable decreases, the organizational agility variable decreases in a negative direction.
