Investigating the role of service innovation and organizational development strategy orientation in Mojan Food Industries Company

Abstract
The aim of the present study is to investigate the role of service innovation and strategic orientation on organizational development in Mojan Food Industries Company. This study is a descriptive correlational study and the statistical population consists of employees of Mojan Food Industries Company. Using the Cochran formula, 2 3 5 people we re randomly selected as a sample. To collect data, researcher-made questionnaires were used, the validity of which was approved by professors. In order to measure the reliability of the tool, Cronba ch's alpha method was used. Daز ta analysis was performed through descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of the first hypothesis of the study indicate a strong positive relationship between service innovation and organizational developmen t in Mojan Food Industries Company. The second hypothesis, bas ed on a positive and strong relationsh ip between strategic orientation and organizational development of this company, was also confirmed.
