The Purpose of this Research is to Examine the Alignment of Strategic Leadership and Technology Governance on the Productivity of Government Organization Employees. The Current Research is Correlational and the Statistical Population Includes the Employees of Kashan University as a Government Organization, 350 People, and 180 People were Randomly Selected as a Sample Based on Cochran's Formula. Research Data Collection was done Through the Researcher's Questionnaire. The Validity of the Questionnaire was Confirmed by the Professors and its Reliability was also Confirmed by Measuring Cronbach's Alpha.In Order to Analyze the Obtained data, SPSS Software was Used. The Results of the Research Show that the Alignment of Technology Governance, the Explanation of the Organization's Vision, the Development of Staff Capacity and the Effective Management of Resources have a Large Effect on the Productivity of the Employees of Government Organizations. One of the Important Issues that Government Organizations Always Emphasize is the Amount Increasing the Productivity of Employees in the Organization and their Work Responsibilities.
