Abstract
The Purpose of this Research is to Investigate the Relationship Between Transformational Leadership Capabilities for the Implementation of Superior Organizational Goals. This Research is Descriptive and Correlational. The Statistical Population Includes All the Education Employees of Yazd City in the Number of 118 People who were Determined Using the Karjesi-Morgan Table and the Sample Size was 92 People and were Selected Using Simple Random Sampling Method. The Method Used for sampling is the random method of Quota Type. The Main Tool for Collecting Research Data is a Questionnaire. To Collect Data, A Researcher-Made Questionnaire was Used, the Validity of Which was Confirmed by Professors and the Reliability of the Instrument was Confirmed by Measuring Cronbach's Alpha. In Order to Analyze the Data, descriptive statistics method (Including Mean, Standard Deviation, Etc.) and Pearson's Correlation Coefficient were Used to Test the Hypotheses. The Research Findings Confirm All the Hypotheses and Show that transformational leadership Capabilities Including Ideal Influence, Inspirational Motivation, Mental Persuasion and Individual Considerations have a Positive and Direct Effect on the Implementation of Superior Organizational Goals.
