The Purpose of thisResearch is to Investigate InnovativeStrategic Plans in Line with the Implementation of Organizational Goals. This Research is an Applied and Developmental Research. The Statistical Population of the Research Included Managers and Planning Experts in Exporting Companies in Isfahan Province, and 36 Companies were Randomly Selected as a Sample. Field Method and Questionnaire Tool were Used to Collect Data. In Order to Analyze the Data, Structural Equation Modeling Method with Partial Least Squares Approach and Smart PLS and SPSS Software Were Used.The Research Results Show that Innovative Strategic Plans have a Positive and Significant Impact on the Implementation of Organizational Goals. Also, According to the Obtained Results, Determining Goals and Innovative Strategies, Measuring Capabilities and Capabilities, and Monitoring and Evaluating Activities also have a Positive and Significant Impact on the Implementation of Organizational Goals.Today, Many Organizations have Changed.
