The Purpose of this Research is to Investigate the Role of Transformational Leadership in Increasing the Working Health of Employees. This Research is Applied and Correlation Research. The Statistical Population of the Research Consists of the Managers of Private Companies in Tehran, Using Morgan's Table, 80 People Were Selected as a Sample by Simple Random Method. The Research Data Was Collected Through a Researcher-Made Questionnaire, the Validity of Which Was Confirmed by the Professors and the Reliability of the Instrument Was Confirmed by Measuring the Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient.In Order to Analyze the Collected Data, Descriptive and Inferential Statistical Methods Have Been Used. The Findings of the Research Indicate that There is a Positive and Significant Relationship Between Transformational Leadership (Including Ideal Influence, Mental Persuasion, Inspirational Motivation, and Individual Attention and Considerations) and Increasing the Work Health of Employees.Today's World is the World of Organizations and Human Resources are Considered the Most Valuable Organizational Resource. Human Resources Give Meaning and Meaning to the Organization and Provide the Grounds for the Realization of Organizational Goals .
