Abstract
New theories about human intelligence have mentioned different types of intelligence, although some types have a weak or moderate correlation with each other, but some types should also be considered uncorrelated or independent from each other. In this, we can mention different types of intelligence including social intelligence, cultural intelligence, emotional or emotional intelligence, physical intelligence, musical intelligence and linguistic intelligence. The purpose of this article is to investigate the relationship between social capital and cultural intelligence and organizational intelligence of employees in the General Directorate of Kerman Medical Services Insurance. The statistical population of this research is all the employees and managers of the General Department of Kerman Medical Services Insurance, whose number is 300. In order to measure these variables, questionnaires of social capital, cultural intelligence and organizational intelligence of employees were used. The results of this research have shown that there is a relationship between social capital and all its dimensions with the cultural intelligence of employees, and there is also a relationship between social capital and all its dimensions with the organizational intelligence of employees.
