Abstract
The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of media management on organizational innovation and overcoming social crises. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlation in terms of method. In this research, the statistical population includes Rasht's education and training employees, and the sample size is estimated to be 92 people using the Karjesi-Morgan table. In order to collect data in this research, a researcher-made questionnaire on a 5-point Likert scale was used. The validity of the questionnaire has been confirmed by professors and experts, and its reliability has been found to be above 0.7 for all variables by measuring Cronbach's alpha coefficient. In order to analyze the data, descriptive statistical methods and inferential statistical tests have been used. The results of the present research indicate that media management and its components (planning, organizing, directing and controlling) have a positive and significant relationship with organizational innovation and overcoming social crises.
