Explaining The Role of Individual and Managerial Factors In The Context of Technology Management on The Growth and Productivity of Organizations

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to explain individual and managerial factors in the context of technology management on the growth and productivity of organizations. This research is descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this research includes 283 managers and experts of private organizations in Tehran. Using Cochran's formula, the sample size is equal to 164 people. The method used for sampling is random. The main tool for collecting research data is a researcher-made questionnaire, whose validity has been confirmed by professors and whose reliability has been confirmed by measuring Cronbach's alpha coefficient. In order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used. The research results confirm all the hypotheses and show that the individual and managerial components in the context of technology management (including the skills and capabilities of executive agents, planning and organization, implementation and support as well as monitoring and evaluation) It has a positive and direct effect on the growth and productivity of organizations.
