Abstract
Communication plays an essential role in the growth of organizations. An optimal level of human resource communication between people can provide a platform for healthy and constructive interaction for human and organization excellence. The main purpose of the current research is to investigate and identify the indicators of human resource communication on positive individual behaviors in organizations. The research method of this study is practical according to its purpose and descriptive survey based on the method of gathering information. The statistical population is all the administrative staff of the Karaj Agricultural Jihad Organization, which is equal to 55 people. Due to the limited statistical population, the entire statistical population was considered as a statistical sample, that is, all employees were selected as the sample size (available sample). In order to collect information, a researcher-made questionnaire was used, and for data analysis, descriptive data analysis was used, and in the inferential statistics section, simple and multivariate regression analysis test and Kolmogorov Smirnov test were used. The analysis of the findings showed that: human resource communication and its dimensions have a significant effect on individual positive behavior; So that the component of communication styles has the greatest effect, followed by the components of communication content, communication channel, and communication path, respectively, have the greatest effect on individual positive behavior.
