Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between strengthening human resource management and innovation performance and organizational reputation. This study is applied and descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of the study consists of human resource managers and experts of knowledge-based companies in Isfahan Scientific and Research City, 160 people were randomly selected as a sample using Morgan table. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data, and its reliability and validity were measured using Cronbach's alpha and confirmatory factor analysis methods, respectively. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. The findings of the study indicate that strengthening human resource management has a direct, positive, and significant effect on organizational reputation. Also, strengthening human resource management has a direct, positive, and significant effect on innovation performance. In addition, innovation performance has a direct, positive, and significant effect on organizational reputation. In addition, the research findings show that strengthening human resource management through innovation performance has an indirect, positive, and significant effect on organizational reputation.
