The success of all organizations and institutions, whether productive or service-oriented, profit or non-profit, public or private, is influenced by various factors, among which customer satisfaction is one of the most important for achieving business excellence. Multiple factors can affect customer satisfaction, and one of the most influential is service quality.The present study examines the application of artificial intelligence in optimizing banking services and increasing customer satisfaction at Bank Saderat. This research is descriptive in nature. The statistical population consisted of all customers of Bank Saderat branches in Semnan Province, from which a sample of 200 respondents was selected using a non-probability sampling method.Data were collected using a questionnaire. For data analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient was used. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between AI-based banking services and customer satisfaction in Bank Saderat branches in Semnan Province, with a correlation strength of 52.5%, indicating a direct relationship between the variables. Additionally, the coefficient of determination was 0.275, indicating that AI-based banking services can predict 27.5% of customer satisfaction.
