Green Human Resource Management plays a dynamic role in formulating policies, implementing regulations, and promoting awareness campaigns to educate employees about the critical importance of environmental protection. Environmental resource improvement development refers to employees’ social and voluntary behaviors that contribute to better and more sustainable environmental management performance within organizations, as such environmentally friendly behaviors are essential for organizations.Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) refers to the responsibilities imposed on companies across various dimensions of society to improve environmental, economic, and employee-related performance, as well as ethical business development, planning, and corporate operations, ultimately shaping the organization’s image.This study was conducted using a review-analytical approach, aiming to examine the impact of Green Human Resource Management and Corporate Social Responsibility on the development and improvement of environmental resources in the National South Oilfields Company.The results of the study indicate that Green Human Resource Management has a significant impact on environmental performance, considering the mediating role of corporate social responsibility. This finding is clearly reflected in practice, as when organizations establish green HRM practices for employees, these employees, driven by their commitment and social responsibility, act in ways that improve environmental performance and promote environmentally friendly practices.
