Abstract
The aim of the present study is to investigate the effect of artificial intelligence on the sustainability of human resource entrepreneurship indicators. This is a descriptive-correlational study. The statistical population of the study includes human resource managers of companies active in the technology field in Alborz. Using the Cochran formula, the sample size should be considered equal to 100 people, but only 80 questionnaires were returned. Simple random sampling was used. In order to collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire was used, the validity of the instrument was confirmed by professors, and Cronbach's alpha was used to measure the reliability of the instrument. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. The results of the study show that there is a significant relationship between automation and optimization of processes and the sustainability of human resource entrepreneurship indicators. There is also a significant relationship between data analysis and trend prediction and the sustainability of human resource entrepreneurship indicators. In addition, there is a significant relationship between innovation and new product development and the sustainability of human resource entrepreneurship indicators. There is also a significant relationship between decision-making support and the sustainability of human resource entrepreneurship indicators.
