Proposing an Organizational Effectiveness Structure Model Under Certainty Conditions to Reduce Administrative Corruption in Oil Organizations

Abstract
The aim of this research is to present a model of organizational effectiveness structure under conditions of certainty to reduce administrative corruption in oil organizations, and it subsequently seeks to provide appropriate solutions for reducing administrative corruption in these organizations. This study examines the question of whether formality, complexity, and concentration impact the level of administrative corruption.

After reviewing existing research on corruption and organizational structure both domestically and internationally, the factors influencing administrative corruption have been identified and categorized into seven conceptual groups. The next stage involved assessing structural factors affecting organizational structure through survey research. The statistical population for this study consists of employees from oil organizations across the country. The sampling method is simple random sampling, and the sample size is 246 employees.

The findings indicate that high levels of formality, vertical complexity, excessive concentration, and an unstable external environment contribute to the emergence of administrative corruption. Additionally, effective use of modern technology, a strong organizational culture, and attention to human resources play significant roles in reducing corruption among employees in oil organizations
