Productivity and effective and efficient use of organizational resources (human resources, capital, materials, energy, and information, etc.) is the goal of all managers of economic organizations, industrial production units, and service institutions. Today, the condition for the survival of any organizational system is to pay deep and sufficient attention to its existing human resources and strive to create value under the title "Employees are our most valuable asset." The statistical population of the present study includes all employees of 29 agricultural production cooperatives in Golestan province, of which 159 are women and 355 are men. The sampling method is random-stratified. A standard questionnaire was used to collect the information required for the study after a library study based on theoretical foundations. In the present study, two statistical methods of research were used: descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The present research was conducted in 1402 in Golestan province and we have also faced a quantitative approach in analyzing and examining the hypotheses. Therefore, quantitative data have been analyzed using SPSS software and presented based on the results. The research results show that all hypotheses have been confirmed and the components of human resource management strategies have a positive and significant relationship with organizational productivity in a competitive environment.
