Abstract
The aim of the present study is to investigate the effect of strategic decision-making mana gement on improving human resourc e productivity in mun icipalities. The research method is descriptive- correlational. The statistical population includes e mployees o f the Gilan Municipalities Organi zation, 18 0 of whom were randomly selected as a sample. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect resear h data. The validity of the qu est ionnaire was confirmed b y professors a nd Cronbach's alpha method was used to measure the reliability of the i nstrumen t. In order to a and multivariate regre ssion) were used using SPSS software. The research findings indicate th at activities relate d to strateg decision-making management (setting strateg ic goals, allocating strategic re sources, applying strate gic kn owledge, developing strategic skills) have a positive and significant effect on improving hu man resource productivity in the municipal orga nization.
