The Aim of the Current Research was to Explain the Relationship Between Leadership Competencies and the Performance of Branch Heads in Attracting Customers and Collecting Claims in Iranian Insurance Branches in Tehran Province. This Research was Carried out in a Descriptive Correlational Method. The Study Population of all Iranian Insurance Branches in the Province in 1402 is 52 Branches, Due to the Wideness of the Statistical Population, in this Research, 11 Iranian Insurance Branches in Tehran were Selected as a Statistical Sample. To Collect data, a Researcher-Made Questionnaire Containing 29 items was Used, and for data Analysis at the Level of Descriptive Statistics, Mean and Standard Deviation, and at the Level of Inferential Statistics, Regression Analysis and Pearson's Correlation Coefficient were Used. Became.The Results Showed that there is a Positive and Meaningful Correlation Among the Dimensions of the Competence of Leadership of Change and Changeability of Managers, Applying Moral Values, Giving Importance to Human Resources, with the Performance of Branch Heads in Attracting Customers and Collecting Demands. Also, the Results Showed that Among the Dimensions of Leadership Competence, Influencing Power and Giving Importance to Human Resources can Significantly Predict the Performance of Branch Heads in Attracting Customers, and also Among the Dimensions of Leadership Competence, Change and Transformability, Moral Values ​​and Importance. Giving to Human Resources can Significantly Predict the Collection of Claims.
