Identifying the Factors Affecting the Ability of Human Resources in the Martyr Foundation and Affairs of Razavi Khorasan province

Abstract
The Aim of the Current Research is to Identify the Factors Affecting the Human Resources Capability in the Martyrs and Veterans Affairs Foundation of Razavi Khorasan Province. The Research Method was Descriptive-Analytical and it was Applied in Terms of Nature and Cross-Sectional in Terms of Time. The Statistical Population of the Research was all the Employees of Razavi Khorasan Shahid and Veterans Affairs Foundation, Among Whom 30 Experts of the Organization who Have at Least a Master's Degree or 15 Years of Work Experience in the Field of Human Resources Management of the Foundation were Selected by Purposive Sampling. In this Research, Nvivo and Spss24 Software were Used to Identify Factors.For this Purpose, First, Using Nvivo Software and the the Oretical and Experimental Background of the Research, 21 Effective Factors on Employee Empowerment were Identified, and then, 13 Factors that had the Most Impact were Identified by Surveying Experts Using a Sample t-Test. Among the Identified Factors, Attention to Meritocracy, Job meAningfulness, Organizational Belonging, Job Enrichment and Education Can be Mentioned.
