The Confrontation Between the Society and the Government has Always Been Accompanied by Challenges for Both Institutions in Different Fields. In Line with the Link Between Society and Governance, with the Focus on Solving the Country's Public Issues and Turning the Fields of Conflict and Opposition Into the Scene of Development and Synergy, the Governance Laboratory Tries to Support Different Parts of the Society and in the Role of an Analyst, the Governance from Entrepreneurship to Innovation in Policy Making, from Traditional Protectionism Leads to Smart Protectionism and Technology-Phobia Leads to Data-Oriented Advantageism, and in this Way, Improves the way Governance Faces the Challenges of Emerging Technologies in the Digital Era and Makes it Aware of Successive Developments in Various Fields.This Research has been Done with the Aim of Identifying and Identifying the Framework of the Governance Laboratory, as well as Identifying the Problem Analysis Structure, the Required Technologies, Exploring the Proposed Solution, and Identifying the Processes Required in Testing the Solution. Using the Qualitative Research Method and Thematic Analysis Technique, he has Drawn the Governance Laboratory Model. Based on the Findings of this Research, Governance Labs From the Perspective of an Established Evaluation Method in Four Dimensions; Problem Analysis, Solution Search, Solution Creation, and Solution Testing Try to Introduce a Framework for Examining Governance Issues.
