Abstract
The Purpose of this Research is to Investigate Reciprocity in the Organization and its Role in Service Orientation and Creativity of Employees. This Research is Practical in Terms of Purpose and Descriptive-Correlation in Terms of Method. The Statistical Population of the Research was Formed by the Managers of Export Companies in Tehran, and the Sample Size was Estimated to be 92 People Through the Karjesi-Morgan Table. To Collect the Research Data in this Research, a Researcher-Made Questionnaire on a 5-Point Likert Scale was Used. The Validity of the Questionnaire was Confirmed by Professors and Experts and its Reliability was Confirmed by Measuring Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient. In Order to Analyze the Obtained Data, Descriptive Statistical Methods (Prevalence, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation) and Inferential Statistics Tests Were Used.. SPSS Software is Used for Research Calculations. The Research Findings Indicate That Reciprocity in the Organization and Its Levels (Belief Levels, Moral Levels, Social Levels) has a Positive and Significant Relationship With Service Orientation and Creativity of Employees.
