Abstract
The Purpose of this Research is to Investigate the Impact of Planning and Management on the Moral Atmosphere of the Organization and Job Productivity. This Research is Descriptive-Correlation. The Statistical Population of the Research Consists of Senior Managers, Mid-Level Managers, and Operational Managers of 80 Government Organizations in Tehran, Who Participate in the Strategic Planning Processes of Human Resources. The Sample Size is Estimated Using the Krejci-Morgan table, the Sample Size is 92 People. In Each Organization, Questionnaires are Distributed Among These Managers in the Available Sample Method. Data Collection Was Done Through a Researcher-Made Questionnaire Based on a Five-Choice Likert Scale The Validity of the Questionnaire was Confirmed by the Professors and Cronbach's Alpha was Measured to Measure Its Reliability. In Order to Analyze the Data, Descriptive Statistics and Inferential Statistics Were Used. The Results of the Research Indicate that the Fit Indices are All at a Suitable Level, and the Relationship Between the Two Variables "Planning and Management and the Moral Atmosphere of the Organization" and "Planning and Management and Job Productivity" are Confirmed in the Studied Organizations. to be Also, the Moral Atmosphere of the Organization has not Shown any Effect on Job Productivity.
