The main purpose of this article is to investigate the impact of managerial factors and technology in establishing a comprehensive banking system. The research method is descriptive-analytical and the method of collecting materials is library. The banking industry in Iran plays a decisive role in the economy as a fundamental pillar of the money market. Due to the changes in the structure and laws of banks during the last two decades, the competitive aspect among banks has been increasingly expanded and the quality of services provided is considered as an important measure of the performance of the organization, financial and banking institutions. Various surveys show that the banking industry in Iran is on the verge of major changes to achieve its strategic goals. Many banks are studying and establishing a comprehensive strategy at the level of financial institutions. One of the banking models in the world is the comprehensive banking model. Considering that many commercial banks in Iran are currently changing their business model towards comprehensive banking, it is very necessary to develop a framework to help the main decision makers of this market to achieve their goals.
