Investigating The Improvement Of The Innovative Performance Of Employees With The Effectiveness Of Dashboarding Components In Business

Abstract
The aim of the current research is to investigate the improvement of the innovative performance of employees with the effectiveness of dashboarding components in business. This research is descriptive-correlational and the statistical population of the research is made up of managers and employees of knowledge-based companies in Isfahan Scientific Research Town, 180 of whom were randomly selected as a sample. In order to collect information, a researcher-made questionnaire was used. To measure the content validity of the tool, the opinions of related experts and specialists were used, and to check the structural validity of the questions, factor loading was used. In order to measure the reliability of the questionnaire, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was also used. After collecting the data, Smart PLS statistical software was used to test the hypotheses. For analysis, path analysis method and structural equation model (SEM) have been used. The results of the research indicate that all the components of dashboarding in business (market intelligence, competitor intelligence, technological intelligence and strategic intelligence) have a positive and significant effect on the improvement of the innovative performance of employees.
