This study is descriptive-survey in nature, and the statistical population consists of managers and financial experts from banks in Isfahan, with a sample size estimated at 140 individuals using the Krejcie-Morgan table. To collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire was utilized. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by professors, and the reliability of the instrument was measured using Cronbach's alpha, yielding a score above 0.7 for all variables. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive and inferential statistics, employing SPSS 23 and Smart PLS 3 software. The results indicate that financial crises have a significant impact on organizational silence in financial and credit institutions. Additionally, conditions of uncertainty, rising interest rates, and balance sheet deterioration significantly affect organizational silence in these institutions.<br>The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by professors, and the reliability of the instrument was measured using Cronbach's alpha, yielding a score above 0.7 .. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطه بحران مالی و سکوت سازمانی در موسسات مالی و اعتباری می باشد. این پژوهش، توصیفی-پیمایشی بوده و جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر، شامل مدیران و کارشناسان مالی بانک ها در اصفهان می باشد که با استفاده از جدول کرجسی-مورگان حجم نمونه 140 نفر برآورد شده است. به منظور جمع آوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شده است. روایی پرسشنامه توسط اساتید مورد تایید قرار گرفته و پایایی ابزار از طریق اندازه گیری ضریب آلفای کرونباخ سنجیده و این میزان برای همه متغیرها بالای 7/0 حاصل شده است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده های بدست آمده با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی و بکارگیری نرم افزار Spss23 و Smart PLS3 بوده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد که بحران مالی بر سکوت سازمانی در موسسات مالی و اعتباری تاثیر معناداری دارد. همچنین شرایط عدم قطعیت، افزایش نرخ بهره و نیز زوال ترازنامه بر سکوت سازمانی در موسسات مالی و اعتباری تاثیر معناداری دارد. https://www.jpishraft.com/article_225412_ae11a21680f713b46ee9483f36fe828c.pdf
