The present study is applied in terms of purpose; and in terms of data collection and analysis, it is descriptive-correlation of field research. The statistical population includes all employees of the Yasouj Agricultural Jihad Organization, which is 361 people, and from the Morgan table, the sample size of 186 people was considered as the sample size. The sampling method in this study is stratified. To measure the variables, the standard questionnaires of comprehensive quality management derived from Madani (2009) (organizational performance derived from Goodarzi 2016), which has a Cronbach's alpha of about 0.84, has been obtained.Data analysis at two levels Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (univariate regression and structural equations) were performed. Data analysis was performed by SPSS software version 24 and Amos software. The present study showed that the variable of total quality management directly affects the performance in the organization The agricultural jihad of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad provinces has an effect, and the general indicators show that the pattern fits well with the data, or in other words, it can be said that the collected data support the pattern well. پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی اثرات مدیریت کیفیت جامع بر عملکرد سازمانی انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر ازنظر هدف، کاربردی است؛ و ازنظر شیوه گردآوری و تحلیل اطلاعات نیز، از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی از شاخه تحقیقات میدانی هست. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کارکنان سازمان جهاد کشاورزی یاسوج که 361 نفر هست و از جدول مورگان حجم نمونه 186 نفر به‌عنوان حجم نمونه در نظر گرفته شد، روش نمونه‌گیری در این تحقیق طبقه‌ای هست. برای سنجش متغیرها از پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد مدیریت کیفیت جامع برگرفته از مدنی (1388)، عملکرد سازمانی برگرفته از گودرزی (1385)، استفاده‌شده است که آلفای کرون باخ آن‌ها حدود 84/0، 84/0، به‌دست‌آمده است. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها در دو سطح آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی (رگرسیون تک متغیره و معادلات ساختاری) انجام گرفت. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها، به‌وسیله نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 24 و نرم‌افزار Amos صورت گرفت پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که متغیر مدیریت کیفیت جامع به‌صورت مستقیم بر عملکرد در سازمان جهاد کشاورزی استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد اثر دارد. شاخص‌های کلی نشان از برازش خوب الگو توسط داده‌ها دارد و یا به عبارتی می‌توان گفت که داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده به‌خوبی الگو را موردحمایت قرار می‌دهند. https://www.jpishraft.com/article_119766_71ef304b652381877e64087fdb0ab3d9.pdf
